No food rules, no quick fixes, no moralising — just honest nutrition science that fits your real life.
I became a nutritionist because I spent years confused about food — and I didn't want anyone else to feel the same way.
Growing up, food was central to everything in my family — celebration, culture, connection. But I also spent my teens and twenties bouncing between conflicting nutrition advice, feeling guilty about almost everything I ate.
Studying at King's College London gave me the science. A decade of clinical practice gave me the rest — the understanding that every body is different, context matters, and lasting change only happens when advice fits real life.
I went into nutrition to help people who'd internalised damaging messages about food and their bodies. That's still exactly what I do.
Work with Priya →Morality has no place in nutrition. I help you build a varied, enjoyable diet — not a list of forbidden things.
The research is complicated; much of what reaches you is wrong. I translate evidence into honest, practical guidance.
Your job, your culture, your budget, your family — a plan that ignores real life won't last a fortnight.
