Dietitians are regulated by law and work in NHS clinical settings. Nutritionists are registered with the Association for Nutrition — a voluntary but rigorous professional register. My ANutr status means I've met strict education and practice standards. For preventative and lifestyle nutrition, a registered nutritionist is ideal.

I can recommend supplements based on your health picture and goals. I'll always explain the evidence and flag if a GP test (e.g. vitamin D, iron) would be more appropriate first.

I provide meal frameworks rather than rigid plans — because rigid plans rarely survive real life. You'll get practical guidance, recipe ideas, shopping principles and a structure that works for your week.

Both. I see clients in person in North London (N1), and online via secure video UK-wide. The support is identical either way — most clients prefer online for flexibility.

I work alongside GPs and specialists. I'll always ask you to keep your medical team informed. I don't diagnose or treat medical conditions, but nutritional support can significantly improve your overall health picture alongside conventional care.
